Refund policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS

We have a 30-DAY exchange/return/refund policy, which means you have 30 DAYS after receiving your item to request an exchange/return/refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items or offer refunds for "CHANGE OF MIND".  Exchanges, returns, and refunds are reserved for items that are DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT.  

To be eligible for an exchange/return/refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them (unworn, unwashed, and unused) with all applicable tags, and in its original packaging.  Each item must be free of any stains, scents (including perfume/cologne, deodorant, fabric softener/dryer sheet, etc.), or animal hair.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the process of exchanging/returning a product or securing a refund, you need to contact us at customer.support@tribe408.com. Please provide any necessary VISUAL PROOF of the damage/issue by attaching a clear picture(s) to your email.  If your item(s) is eligible for an exchange/return/refund, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT be accepted.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If a refund is desired/appropriate for the situation, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Please allow 2-3 business days for this processing.

DAMAGE/ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

 

EXCEPTIONS

"SALE" items are FINAL.  We DO NOT accept returns/provide refunds for items that were "ON SALE".  Only regularly priced items may be returned/refunded.  Please reach out to us at customer.support@tribe408.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If an item(s) is purchased with a GIFT CARD and returned for a refund, the value of the purchase will applied as STORE CREDIT.
